When we decided to join together as a collective of yoga & fitness instructors nearly 2 (!!!) years ago, we easily agreed on what would be one of YCP’s most important values: community. 🫶
With your much appreciated presence and dedication, we’ve been able to expand YCP’s involvement & offerings in the community. 💪
We love, for example, teaching to our local corporate clients, joining you at your place of work a couple times a week to help you feel more relaxed, present and physically healthy. 👩💼
We love our online, indoor and outdoor public classes, where we get to enjoy seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones each week. 🌳
We love that this year we get to spend entire weekends with you at our carefully curated retreats; practicing yoga, learning breath-work, hiking through gorgeous locations, eating delicious food, relaxing, rejuvenating, enjoying each other’s company. ✈️
And, THIS WEEK, we LOVE that we get to offer our annual Open Day in the Tuileries! 🌷
This Sunday May 8 from 10 - 12, join the YCP for a morning of FREE yoga & fitness classes. Stay for one class, all of them, or just drop by to say hi! 🪷
After two years of increased stress & isolation, these types of moments where we can come together in the sunshine to move our bodies, connect to our breath and have some fun are especially treasured. 🧘♀️
