What are the benefits of online yoga classes?

While we cannot wait to resume our in-person classes again, we are thrilled for you to join us from the comfort of your home. 

 

We know that the current restrictions can feel isolating, but our online classes bring a sense of community while we continue our regular practice, reminding us we are all in this together. 

 

What’s the best part about online practice?  

You can use pillows, blankets, towels, books instead of blocks, a belt instead of a yoga strap, and have your favourite cup of tea, essential oils or a scented candle, turn the lights down and your own music up to create your own yoga haven at home.

How do I sign up?

Simply go to Book a Class on our website, select your preferred class and complete your details.

You will receive an email shortly after with the online access link and payment details.

How much does it cost?

Our online classes are €8 (for 60 min & 45 min session) and €5 (for 30 min session), paid directly to the teacher via Paypal or bank transfer.

We are a passionate group of wellness professionals dedicated to offering a class for everyone, so that you can join our classes irrespective of your level and from anywhere in the world. How should I prepare to join the class?

Join the zoom meeting by using the live class link provided and “Enter the room” a few minutes before the start of class. Have your space set up and it’s totally up to you if you’d like to leave your video on or off. Tell your teacher if there are any specific physical situations she needs to be aware of such as injuries or pregnancies. 

 

Make sure you can see and hear your teacher, then settle in, and enjoy the hour that you’ve set aside for the health of your body and your mind.
