â€ïž To our beloved YCP members â€ïž
Here we go, moving headfirst into that unpredictability of spring, those uncertain days of both rain and shine, winter jacket as you leave the house in the morning and t-shirt as you enjoy a sunny lunch in the park. âïž
What we know: the hard part is over. Weâre basking in the light at the end of the tunnel. Weâre planning our summer trips and the sun is still out for apĂ©ro and yoga is popping up in all the parks alongside the daffodils and cherry blossoms. đ·
What we know: some days, maybe many in a row, will be rain, but itâs hydrating all those seeds that have been hibernating through winter and on other days the sun will be inspiring the blossom of trees and flowers and our spring selves. đł
What we want to know: how are you using this opportunity of rebirth & growth? How are you enjoying the extra daylight hours to experience the beauty of renewal? What classes or workshops can we offer to help with this feeling? đ§ââïž
At Yoga Club Paris, weâve sprouted a new opportunity that weâre so excited to share with you: yoga retreats! âïž
This spring, join Anuradha in Val Couesnon, Jacqueline in La Croix-Valmer or Ellen in Sardinia for rest, rejuvenation and rebirth. What better way to spend a few of your spring days than by granting yourself some space to blossom through yoga, meditation and wellness? đ
Imagine, for example, delighting in a few days spent at the Domaine de Mournac; flowing through a soothing sun salutation overlooking the sprawling green Pyrenees mountains, inhaling the delicate, sweet aroma of the bursting lavender bushes and flĂąneur-ing alongside Franceâs famous vineyards. Can you visualise a superior environment for meditation, massage and self-care? đ
Be sure to take advantage of our early bird special pricing by booking before April 15! đŠ
âš Hereâs what our YCP members have to say about past retreats âš
The retreat was perfect. I loved how you took care of everything and not just the practice: quality of the food, schedule, walks. Correction of postures were also very good, in general people are pretty shy about asking questions that may seem "obvious" or "silly" but we felt it was a safe space and everybody also felt they were progressing. Arianna, Artist
I canât recommend this retreat highly enough. Every activity you could wish for- silent walks, varied yoga practices, breathing and meditation work- and much more. Anu is a wonderful teacher- full of patience, knowledge and wisdom. And sheâs great fun too. I came away feeling more peaceful, rejuvenated and sleeping like a baby after a bout of insomnia. I learnt many new things that Iâve been able to incorporate into my yoga and daily life and this has given me a real boost. Thank you! Iâll definitely be back. Benita, communication coach
Morning silent walks was great way to be in the wilderness, observe and appreciate the surroundings and enjoy the clean air. Breathing component was amazing. I find myself more deliberate and conscious of how I breathe. Onaiza, HR professional
