Spring: A Season of Growth, Rebirth, and Renewal

Here we go, moving headfirst into that unpredictability of spring, those uncertain days of both rain and shine, winter jacket as you leave the house in the morning and t-shirt as you enjoy a sunny lunch in the park. ☀️

What we know: the hard part is over. We’re basking in the light at the end of the tunnel. We’re planning our summer trips and the sun is still out for apéro and yoga is popping up in all the parks alongside the daffodils and cherry blossoms. 🌷

What we know: some days, maybe many in a row, will be rain, but it’s hydrating all those seeds that have been hibernating through winter and on other days the sun will be inspiring the blossom of trees and flowers and our spring selves. 🌳

What we want to know: how are you using this opportunity of rebirth & growth? How are you enjoying the extra daylight hours to experience the beauty of renewal? What classes or workshops can we offer to help with this feeling? 🧘‍♀️

At Yoga Club Paris, we’ve sprouted a new opportunity that we’re so excited to share with you: yoga retreats! ✈️

This spring, join Anuradha in Val Couesnon, Jacqueline in La Croix-Valmer or Ellen in Sardinia for rest, rejuvenation and rebirth. What better way to spend a few of your spring days than by granting yourself some space to blossom through yoga, meditation and wellness? 🌊

Imagine, for example, delighting in a few days spent at the Domaine de Mournac; flowing through a soothing sun salutation overlooking the sprawling green Pyrenees mountains, inhaling the delicate, sweet aroma of the bursting lavender bushes and flâneur-ing alongside France’s famous vineyards. Can you visualise a superior environment for meditation, massage and self-care? 🏔
