It’s not quite yet fall, but September always brings with it those back to school vibes. Maybe you’re engrossed in new projects or maybe already planning how you’ll faire le pont this November 1st. Either way, by now we’re committed to the new routine, ready to break out those fall jackets and as usual trying to navigate the work-life balance 🍁

Something we love about September is returning to our beloved corporate clients, who make this work-life balance a bit easier on their teams by bringing wellness directly into the office 👩‍💼👨‍💼

Between the time it takes to commute, the demands of work, and trying to maintain a life outside of it, it’s so challenging to fit in time to take care of our bodies and minds. We’re so grateful to the corporations that offer yoga and/or fitness classes to their teams as there are so many wonderful benefits, for example:

  • Health - We all know exercise is beneficial to the general health of the body. Both fitness and yoga classes aid in keeping the heart strong, releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, and relieving back pain 💪

  • Stress Reduction - There are a multitude of techniques taught in yoga, such as breathwork and mindfulness, that allow our minds to strengthen and become less affected by stress and anxiety 🙏

  • Productivity - Boosting our heart rate and taking time out of the day away from tasks and notifications increases productivity and our ability to concentrate 📈
