Ellen appreciates first and foremost the spiritual benefits of yoga, and loves to incorporate intentions and yogic philosophy into her classes.  She encourages freedom of movement and a connection to both body and soul.  Each week she creates a new playlist to inspire a rigorous yet accessible vinyasa that is always followed by plenty of deep stretching and a long massage-assisted svasana.
